Friendly Flicker Update - not a Flicker

I had a post that says Friendly Flicker but I realized that it was really a Red-Bellied Woodpecker, here is a better picture--

Gone Chickadees

Soon after I hand fed a Chickadee, fall came, they stopped coming to my feeder. Will they came back?  I hope so. We will be moving to our new land soon!   At our land we saw lots of deer and raccoon tracks too!

Friendly Chickadee!

Hello guys!  I have good news.  For months I have been trying to hand feed any kind of bird.  I put a feeder outside with sunflowers seeds.  I know Chickadees like them.  Chickadees started to come to the feeder.  I put my hat, boots, and sunglasses on.  I went outside and climbed up in our fort part of our swingset.  I lifted my hand full of seeds up. Today I hand fed a chickadee!!!!!!!! It was so small and light and fuzzy!  The feet were spikey and cute!  I will get a picture soon.   You can do it too!

New Bird Sightings

Hi friends! I been seeing more birds. These birds are Woodpeckers and lots of Chickadees, and all kinds of Finches. I do not know another kind of bird it was, but I think it was a Raven. I also saw a Blue Heron by a lake.

Hey guys! I have seen new birds-- the birds are Blue jays, Red- winged black birds and Goldfinches. My Dad saw a bird feather!!!! I do not konw what bird feather it is, though. Goodbye friends.

Good Day

Yesterday I saw a Chickadee! and I saw a flying "v", it was geese. That night I saw bats. Today I saw a two hummingbirds Goodbye now!

bad news!

Hi friends! I have some bad news. I put some bird feeders by the mockingbird's nest and the birds are going to it. But, the mockingbird is chasing all the other birds away. So can you help? All you have to do is just post an idea. I might move the feeders farther away from the nest.

My sister and I were playing outdoors and I saw a mockingbird flying with a stick in its mouth. So I ran to the neighbor's tree. We saw a half of a nest. A few days later, my mom saw the same mockingbird on the fence with a stick in the mouth. It's funny the bird dropped the stick.

Animals I Have Seen

My sister and I see lots of birds; Red Robins, Mourning Doves, Woodpeckers, Blue Birds, Mocking birds, Black- Eyed Junkos, Cardinals, Crows, Geese and House Sparrows.  I see a lot of hawks too.  Once I saw one on our fence. Another time, I saw a Sparrow and Junko fighting. I've also seen two deer, rabbits and a squirrel.  I will be seeing more and more.
